An all-in-one alternative to our split-type systems at the same power level. Power electronics, control and both charging connectors sit in a single floor-standing cabinet measuring 1000 × 850 × 2000 mm, so the site needs one foundation and one grid connection rather than a cabinet plus separate terminals and the DC cabling between them.
That makes it the straightforward choice for sites with two charging bays. The split architecture earns its extra installation work when a cabinet feeds six, ten or sixteen circuits; for a pair of bays an integrated unit is simpler to install, simpler to commission and simpler to service.
Each unit carries two GB/T connectors delivering 400 A individually or 800 A combined, on a 7 m cable — long enough to reach inlets on the far side of a vehicle without repositioning it. Constant power is held across DC 600–1000 V, a window chosen for commercial vehicle pack voltages, so trucks and buses receive full rated output rather than a current-limited figure.
Cooling is intelligent variable-speed air cooling, which keeps noise and auxiliary consumption down at partial load. The enclosure is rated IP55 and operates from -30 °C with controlled derating to +70 °C. Design conforms to GB 39752-2024, GB 44263-2024, GB/T 18487.1-2023 and the related NB/T and GB/T charging standards.
