The same GB/T charger as our wall-mounted unit, supplied on a floor pedestal. Electrically nothing changes — 7 kW at 32 A from a 220 V single-phase supply, GB/T 20234.2 connector, CQC certification to GB/T 18487.1-2023 — but the installation options change completely.
Most car parks have no wall where the car actually stops. Bays in the middle of a lot, spaces along a kerb, hotel forecourts, dealership display areas and open industrial yards all need a charge point standing on its own. A pedestal puts the unit at working height on a small concrete base, without running a supply up a building and back down again.
The stand also carries the cable. A 5 m lead lying on the ground gets driven over, dragged through water and worn at the connector; looped on the pedestal it stays clear and lasts considerably longer, which matters more on a public site than on a private driveway.
Protection is unchanged: Type A + DC 6 mA residual current detection is integrated, so no separate DC-sensitive RCD is needed in the distribution board, alongside over-temperature, overcurrent, over/under-voltage, leakage, surge, short-circuit and CP fault protection. The enclosure is IP65 sealed and IK10 impact rated for unsheltered outdoor use.
Available in Pearl White, Starry Black and Glacier Gray, with a 5 m cable as standard and 7 m optional.
