Operators running a charging network rarely have a power problem. They have a fleet problem — five charger models from three suppliers, three management platforms, three spare-parts inventories and three sets of technician training.

We have restructured our all-in-one DC range to address exactly that. Eleven power levels now sit on one platform: 60, 80, 120, 160, 180, 240, 320, 360, 400, 480 and 560 kW.

Same everything except the rating

Every unit shares the same architecture, the same 7-inch LCD interface, the same start-up methods (QR code, RFID card, VIN plug-and-charge), the same OCPP 1.6J networking and the same protection suite.

A technician trained on the 60 kW unit can service the 480 kW unit. A driver who has used one has used all of them. An operator integrates the platform once.

Choosing a rating

60–120 kW suits workplaces, retail parks and urban sites where vehicles dwell an hour or more. The charger is not the bottleneck; the parking duration is.

160–320 kW suits busy public locations and mixed fleets, where turnover matters but vehicles still stop for twenty minutes or more.

360–560 kW suits highway corridors, logistics hubs and heavy-duty vehicles, where minutes of dwell time translate directly into operating cost.

Dual-connector models split available power between two vehicles and deliver full output to one when the other bay is idle — keeping the expensive power stage working rather than waiting.

Why we consolidated

We previously listed these as separate products with separate pages, separate specification sheets and near-identical photographs. It made the range look larger and made choosing harder.

A buyer comparing four pages that differ only in a power figure is doing work we should have done for them. One page, one specification table, eleven ratings — pick the number that matches the site.

Beyond 560 kW

Above this range the economics change and a different architecture takes over: a separate power cabinet feeding multiple charging terminals. That is our split DC system, covering 360 kW to 2560 kW.
