The megawatt class of our split-type range, built for sites where dozens of vehicles charge simultaneously and where the grid connection, not the hardware, is the limiting factor. A single cabinet rated between 1200 kW and 2560 kW distributes up to 4266 A across as many as twenty output circuits.
At this scale efficiency stops being a specification detail and becomes an operating cost. Overall efficiency is ≥96.5% and power factor ≥99%, which on a 2560 kW cabinet running at high utilisation is the difference between a viable site and one that loses margin to conversion losses and reactive power charges.
Terminals are matched to the cabinet and range from a single-connector 300 A unit up to a dual-connector 1200 A unit. The higher-current terminals use a larger 550 × 535 × 1730 mm enclosure and can be supplied with a cable retraction device, which matters when a 1200 A cable is too heavy to leave lying on the forecourt.
Constant power is held across DC 600–1000 V. That range is chosen deliberately for electric trucks, buses and other commercial vehicles, whose pack voltages sit in the upper part of the window and which therefore receive full rated output rather than a current-limited figure. The system is rated IP55, cooled by intelligent variable-speed air cooling, and operates from -30 °C with controlled derating to +70 °C.
