High-power charging in a single enclosure, from 240 kW through to 560 kW. Because everything sits in one cabinet, a site needs one foundation and one grid connection — no separate power room, no DC cabling to remote terminals, and a single unit to commission and service.
That is the trade-off against our split-type systems. Split architecture earns its extra installation work when one cabinet feeds six, ten or sixteen circuits; for a site with two charging bays an integrated unit is simpler in every respect.
Both GB/T connectors are live at once. The 240–400 kW models deliver 300 A to a single vehicle or 600 A across both. The 480 kW and 560 kW models raise that to 400 A and 800 A. The cabinet grows with the rating: 900 × 650 × 1850 mm up to 400 kW, and 1000 × 850 × 2000 mm above it.
The constant-power window differs by rating and the difference is deliberate. Mid-range models hold constant power from 300 V, covering passenger cars on both 400 V and 800 V architectures. The 480 kW and 560 kW models hold it from 600 V — a window chosen for commercial vehicle pack voltages, so trucks and buses receive full rated output rather than a current-limited figure.
The 7 m cable is longer than the 5 m standard on lower-power units. Cooling is intelligent variable-speed air cooling, which keeps noise and auxiliary consumption down at partial load. The enclosure is rated IP55 and operates from -30 °C with controlled derating to +70 °C.
